Meet Nanette Christensen
Dance Instructor

Nanette’s love for dance began at the age of 3 when she stepped into the dance studio for her very first class. She has been dancing for over 18 years, and is trained in ballet, modern, jazz, and lyrical. Her training started at the Academy of Ballet Arts, under the direction of Karen Chatterton. She truly enjoys performing, whether it be in Mountain West Ballet production of the Nutcracker, half time shows, dance recitals, or competitively. She was also a member of Modern Works Dance Company for 8 years where she had the opportunity to showcase her creative and unique choreography. In high school she was on the drill team all three years and served as the president. Nanette knows proper technique is vital to a dancers success. She is thrilled to be able to help her students achieve this success, build confidence in themselves, and enjoy the art of dancing. She wants her students to understand that with hard work, dedication, and never giving up, they will reach their goals in the dance studio and in everything they do!
